Besides developing properties, the body is also engaged in a range of social and public inherent activities. CREDAI Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has introduced a Grievances Cell with one effect to register complaints of consumers who have bought property from CREDAI Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar members. CREDAI Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar acts as a mediator in these cases and strives to bring about an amicable solution between the two parties through its Mediation Committee.

The CREDAI- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is an Association of Builders and Promoters of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. It was established in 1987 and since then it is operating for the promotion of Real Estate Sector in the region for the benefit of its Members over more than 30 years. It has a strong membership of 185 plus members consisting of leading Promoters and Builders of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
The CREDAI- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar office is located at New Usmanpura, Maharashtra, India. The Association is headed by the President, Two Vice Presidents, Hon. Secretary, Jt. Hon. Secretary, and Hon. Treasurer who are elected by the Members. In order to support the Office Bearers there is a Managing committee consisting of 14 members who are also elected by the Members.

The members of the CREDAI- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar observe Code of Conduct issued which brings transparency. CREDAI- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar also has the grievance cell to redress the grievances against the members. It has seventeen Expert Committees including committees for Taxation, Finance, Government Lesioning, Labour Welfare, Environment and Energy, Exhibition and Website, Training etc. CREDAI- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar closely works with Government, Urban Local Bodies and Semi-Government agencies and takes initiative in policy formation. CREDAI- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar discharges various Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) directly and through its Members. It undertakes health Checkup camps, crèches, Immunization Programs, Doorstep schools for the children of the labours working at construction sites. CREDAI- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has issued Safety Manual to their member which is one of the important aspects for the site personnel to know and follow.

CREDAI since the inception has always been at the forefront of understanding the needs of its buyers. Property Exhibition is just one of many such initiatives the Association has undertaken from its inception. The Property Exhibition provides its members an ideal platform to showcase their developments and properties in a congenial environment to their prospective buyers / investors. CREDAI- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has its own website which projects products of the member developers, updated list of CREDAI- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar members, e-news, Govt. circulars, notification and judgments to directly benefit the members. Association is in the process of upgrading the website. With the upgradation proposing to link to DC rules of AMC, any other through this website. All events of CREDAI-Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, CREDAI-MAHARASHTRA & CREDAI-NATIONAL will be linked to the website. There will be online membership application form for new members. In members area there will be discussion group. Also, if possible, there will be link to blogs or social media. Link will be provided to all the sites required by developers like IGR, Stamp Duty, Valuation of property, Ready Reckoner etc. Information of CSR-Activities of Members will be on the website.
